The New York Herald comic strip was created, in 1911, by Arthur Munroe Lewis not Arthur Allen Lewis. The series ran from March 12 to July 16, 1911.

Chicago, Sept. 9.—An oil portrait of an American done by Chinese artists, the only one of its kind in the world, is soon to be hung in the Chicago Art Institute. The painting is a likeness of P.H.
