Famous, forgotten, well-known, and obscure visual artists of Chinese descent in the United States
Jade Snow Wong was a classmate of my mother at Mills, so naturally she ordered that book from Blackwells during the years that we were living in the Netherlands. I enjoyed it very much; it was quite an introduction to the country where I was born (and whose version of English I spoke at home), but did not remember anything about. For my mother, it was a reminder of the city where she had grown up.
Thank you for sharing.
