Goon/Charlie was my great grandfather. I’ve never heard about Veronica and Joseph being in a movie, but I will ask my dad and uncle if they recall any stories like that. There’s also never been an Alice mentioned in my family. I have reason to believe Goon had a brother who may have immigrated to the US with him, so perhaps Alice was the brother’s child.
